How to Use the Moka Pot Coffe Maker:
- Unscrew the top section (the pot consists of two parts) and fill the bottom section with cold or hot water up to the valve level. Do not exceed the maximum water level to avoid leaks.
- Fill the perforated filter funnel with fresh, ground coffee and press down for better results. The more tightly you press, the stronger the flavor and intensity of the coffee extract.
- Screw on the top section and place the pot on the stove. When it heats up, the steam pressure pushes the mixture through the filter funnel containing the ground coffee into the upper section (Source: Wikipedia).
- Once the upper section is filled, remove the pot from the stove and serve the coffee in special espresso cups.
- Clean with water and dish soap. Do not place in the dishwasher.
