Information regarding the products sold through packhaus.gr and any other information included on this website is provided "as is" without any warranty. packhaus.gr does not assume any responsibility for compensation or liability for any damage or moral harm arising from the inability to provide support services.
Use of the packhaus.gr website must comply with applicable laws and proper conduct.
Responsibility for the content of transactions lies with the user, and this website does not alter any data provided to it in any way.
Use of packhaus.gr is subject to Greek and international law, and users agree not to violate it through this website.

Article 4: Order Receipt and Completion

Packhaus.gr collaborates with dozens of suppliers, importers, and manufacturers from Greece and abroad to offer you a wide range of products at the most competitive market prices. Orders are completed through a specific process described in detail below:

  1. Sending a Request for an Order: It is recommended that before placing your first order, you register as a user of packhaus.gr to facilitate and improve your service from our online store.
    • Free selection of products and placing them in the "shopping cart.
    • Start the process of sending an order request through the "steps" indicated to you.
    • Complete all the details of your order request that appear on the order form.
    • An automated message with the details of the order request will be sent to the email address you provided.
    Every time you send a request for an order to our company, you must have previously accepted these terms of use, which govern all our transactions. Your requests are received by our company with the explicit reservation of a thorough check of the availability of the products included in your order request since the processing of your request by our company has not yet started at this stage. Our company follows a strict policy for protecting your data and only collects and processes it with your explicit consent most securely and diligently.
  2. Processing of Order Request: Our company thoroughly checks the availability of all the products mentioned in your order request.
    • If all the products mentioned in your request are available within the delivery time displayed on our online store, we will confirm this by sending an email to the email address you provided, including all the details of the order. The products will be shipped according to the delivery schedule of the cooperating courier company.
    • If any of the items you ordered are unavailable or cannot be delivered within the time displayed on our online store, a company employee will contact you by phone or email to inform you of the unavailability.
    • If neither of the above communications is possible within 10 days of sending your order request, your request is automatically canceled, and you must send a new request.
  3. Telephone Orders: If you choose to place your order by phone, you must be familiar with these terms and conditions. By placing your order through our customer service department, you implicitly accept all terms and conditions.

Article 5: Payment Methods for Orders

Our online store offers two different payment methods:

  1. Bank Deposit: You can pay for your order via a bank deposit either at a branch of the corresponding bank or through web banking.
    • If the transaction is performed within the same bank, the amount appears immediately. If the transaction is from a different bank, the amount may appear up to 2 business days later. During this period, the company reserves the right not to dispatch the order until the amount is visible.
    • To pay via a bank deposit, you can choose one of the following accounts:

    Notes:

    1. After completing the deposit to one of the above bank accounts, you must send the transaction receipt electronically to [email protected].
    2. You may also contact us by phone, and one of our representatives will confirm the deposit.
    3. The bank deposit must be made within 3 days from the date of the order. During this period, the ordered products remain reserved in your name. If the deposit is not made within this period, your order will be automatically canceled.
    4. In the case of a bank deposit from a different bank, the transfer fees are exclusively borne by the sender, i.e., the customer.
  2. Credit/Debit Card: In collaboration with the National Bank of Greece, we allow users of our online store to use their credit or debit cards to complete their purchases.
    • packhaus.gr ensures the security of your transactions by redirecting you to the bank’s secure payment environment, where you will complete your payment electronically. Accepted cards include VISA, VISA Electron, MasterCard, and Maestro. Transactions are immediate, and your payments are completed within a few minutes.
    • After the payment is completed, your order will be confirmed in our online store, and the shipment will be made within one (1) to four (4) days, with a notification sent via email to the address you provided.
  3. The use of packhaus.gr and transactions made through it are governed by International and European law, which regulates electronic commerce issues, as well as the Consumer Protection Law (Law 2251/94) which regulates matters related to distance sales.

Article 6: Order Shipping and Delivery Time

  • Shipping Costs: The shipping costs for your order are determined based on the weight of the package. For remote areas, there may be an additional charge, and you will be notified by phone before the shipment of the order.
  • Order Information: You will receive continuous updates on the progress of your order both during the preparation phase and the delivery phase in cooperation with the courier company. Once your order is dispatched from our store, you will be notified via email and SMS with the tracking number and the corresponding link to track your shipment in real-time.
  • Order Processing & Shipping Time: All orders are processed and shipped within one (1) to four (4) days, excluding non-working days and national and local holidays. In the event of a delay for any reason, the company is obligated to notify the consumer using the provided details. The company is not responsible for incorrect recipient details.
  • Shipments within Greece: Packages are shipped in cooperation with the courier company "TAXYDEMA."
    • The average delivery time for Northern Greece and the islands is one (1) to four (4) days, excluding remote areas where the package may be delivered up to eight (8) days after shipment. For the rest of Greece, deliveries are made within up to four (4) days after shipment.
    • Shipments within the European Union are handled by ELTA (Hellenic Post). Upon shipment of the package, you will be notified via email with the tracking number so you can monitor the progress of the delivery.

      The average delivery time for orders within the European Union is approximately 10-20 days, excluding shipments to Cyprus, which are delivered within 10 days.
    • For orders outside the European Union, the delivery time ranges from 15-25 days, depending on your location.

Our company is not responsible for any delays due to force majeure or events beyond its control.
Indicatively and not limited to, our company is not responsible for delivery delays caused by customs delays, intermediate loading/unloading points, transportation strikes, or other types of strikes affecting the delivery of products to our warehouses from our suppliers, etc.
In the event of any delay, our company will make every effort to contact you using the details provided to inform you and arrange for a new delivery or the delivery of another product.
Non-compliance with the above will result in the suspension of services without notice. packhaus.gr reserves the right to make changes to the content of the website and these terms without prior notice. The use of the website constitutes acceptance of these terms.

Article 7: Product Changes - Returns

Our products are insured for transportation. If you find that your order has been damaged during shipping, please promptly notify our company and send us photos of the damage.

  1. Product Exchange: You have the right to return the product you received within fourteen (14) calendar days and request its replacement with another size or a different product.
    The date of shipment of the returned product is considered to be the date indicated by the courier company on the receipt for timely shipping verification.
    The cost of the first product exchange is borne by the customer and amounts to €xxx. In the case of a second exchange, the cost of returning the product to us and the cost of reshipping the new product are borne solely by the customer.
    For returns from abroad, the return shipping costs are borne by the returning party. EU legislation provides that consumers must have at least a two-year warranty as protection against defective products or products that do not correspond to the advertised appearance or functionality. In some countries, national legislation may require longer warranties.
    In all cases, returned products must be in the condition they were received by the customer. This means:
    - They must not be damaged, and their packaging must be the same as the one usually accompanying the product.
    - They must be in excellent condition with the original packaging (box or plastic, tags, and labels).
    - They must be accompanied by all documents provided with the product (e.g., Retail Receipt, Invoice, etc.).

    If the above conditions are met, you may send the product back to us for exchange after first contacting our customer service department. Otherwise, we reserve the right to refuse the return.

  2. Exchange/Return Procedure: The exchange/return procedure is simple and always takes place after phone communication with us at (+30)2109634764 or at 6982292240. The exchange procedure is as follows:

    - After contacting our customer service department, you should send the product to be exchanged, packaged with ΤΑΧΥΔΕΜΑ without any shipping costs.
    - Upon receipt of the product, we will check if it meets the above conditions. If it does, we will send you the new product.
    - The cost of shipping the new product (only for the first exchange per order) is borne by the customer.
    - If you wish to send it via your own courier, please be aware that our company does not cover the shipping costs of the package nor is responsible for any longer delivery times than those estimated by the courier company.
  3. Exchange Policy: Please note that exchanges are always made at the original purchase price of the product with any additional charges as described above. In case of an exchange, if you do not find a product of equal or higher value than the product you wish to return, you are entitled to a discount coupon of equal value to the difference.

Article 8: Return of Defective Products

In the case of a defective product, please contact us within fourteen (14) days of receipt to arrange for a return and replacement.

  1. Responsibility Acknowledgment: In cases where it is proven that packhaus.gr sold products of poor and/or defective quality or due to errors in order processing, pricing, or shipping, during transportation, with poor packaging, etc., packhaus.gr assumes full responsibility for the replacement, return shipping costs, and reshipping costs.
    The product must be sent exclusively via the company's designated courier service.
  2. Defective Product Return Procedure: To determine if the product is defective, you must email us at [email protected] with photographs of the product showing the issue as clearly and in as much detail as possible so it can be reviewed by the relevant department of our company.
    If you send the product without following the above procedure, you will be solely responsible for all shipping costs of the product, and our company reserves the right to refuse receipt of the product.
    The return terms remain as stated above.

Article 9: Order Cancellation

Article 9.1: Order Cancellation Possibility

You can cancel your order before it is shipped by contacting us by phone or via email. If your order has already been shipped, cancellation is not possible.

  1. Order Cancellation Option: You may cancel your order in the following cases:
    Before the product is shipped:
    Cancellation is possible by sending an email to [email protected] or by phone at (+30) daily from Monday – Friday: 10:00 - 14:00.
    After the order has been shipped or if you refuse to accept it:
    You will be charged €xx for shipping costs.
  2. Right of Withdrawal: The consumer has a period of 14 calendar days to withdraw from the distance or off-premises contract without providing any reason and without any cost other than those described herein.
  3. Notification to the Business of Withdrawal: Before the withdrawal period expires, the consumer must notify the supplier of their decision to withdraw from the contract.
    Within the aforementioned period, the consumer must inform the business (packhaus.gr, located in Attica, Koropi, at 44 Adrianou Street, Koropi 19400) of their decision to withdraw from the contract by sending a clear withdrawal statement.
    For this purpose, the consumer must complete and submit electronically the return request form available at packhaus.gr/return-form, including all necessary information regarding the bank account (IBAN account number, account holder's name, and bank name) if the consumer requests a refund via bank deposit.
    The supplier will promptly acknowledge receipt of this withdrawal to the consumer.
  4. Burden of Proof for Withdrawal: The consumer bears the burden of proof that they have exercised the right of withdrawal in accordance with this article.

Article 9.2: Supplier's Obligations in Case of Withdrawal

  1. Supplier Obligations: The supplier will refund any payment received from the consumer, including delivery costs where applicable, without undue delay and in any case within fourteen (14) calendar days from the day the supplier was informed of the consumer's decision to withdraw from the contract.
    The supplier will refund the money using the same payment method that the consumer used for the original transaction, unless the consumer has expressly agreed otherwise and provided that the consumer does not incur any costs arising from the return.
  2. Exceptions: The supplier is not obliged to refund any additional delivery costs if the consumer expressly chose a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by the supplier.
  3. Cases of Price Retention: The supplier may withhold the refund of the price until the goods are received back or until the consumer provides evidence that the goods have been sent back, whichever occurs first.

Article 9.3: Consumer's Obligations in Case of Withdrawal

  1. Consumer Obligations: The consumer must return the goods or deliver them to the supplier or a person authorized by the supplier to receive the goods without undue delay and, in any case, within fourteen (14) calendar days from the day they notified the supplier of their decision to withdraw from the contract.
    The deadline is met if the consumer sends back the goods before the fourteen (14) calendar day period expires.
  2. Cases of Reduced Value of Goods: The consumer is liable for any reduction in the value of the goods only as a result of handling the goods beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

Article 9.4: Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal provided in Articles 9.1 to 9.3 for distance and off-premises contracts does not apply to the following cases:
- The supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health or hygiene and which were unsealed after delivery, such as underwear, swimwear, socks, and other similar items.
- Seasonal items such as Christmas, Carnival, Easter, Summer/Beach, and school items cannot be exchanged after the respective periods have elapsed.
