Payment Methods


Credit/Debit Card:

In collaboration with the National Bank of Greece, we allow users of our online store to use their credit or debit cards to complete their purchases.

  • packhaus.gr ensures the security of your transactions by redirecting you to the bank’s secure payment environment, where you will complete your payment electronically. Transactions are immediate, and your payments are completed within a few minutes. Accepted cards include

  • After the payment is completed, your order will be confirmed in our online store, and the shipment will be made within one (1) to four (4) days, with a notification sent via email to the address you provided.


Bank account deposit:

You can pay for your order via bank deposit, either at a branch of the respective bank or through web banking.

If the transaction is completed within the same bank, the amount will appear immediately. In case the transaction is made from a third-party bank, the amount may take up to 2 working days to appear. During this time, the company reserves the right not to dispatch the order until the payment is visible.

Notes:

  • Upon completing the deposit to one of the above bank accounts, you must send us the transaction receipt via email at [email protected].
  • You can also contact us by phone, and one of our associates will confirm the deposit.
  • The bank deposit must be made within 3 days from the order date. During this period, the product(s) of the order will remain reserved in your name. If the deposit is not made within this period, your order will be automatically canceled.
  • In the case of a bank deposit from another bank, the transfer fees are solely the responsibility of the customer.

Order Completion

Once your order is completed, the following message will appear (example):

"Thank you for choosing us for your purchases.

Your order with code XXXXXX has been successfully registered.

You will soon receive confirmation at the email address you provided."


Warehouse Pickup – Free of charge

You can pick up your order from our warehouse at the address: 44 Andrianou Street, Koropi, 19400, avoiding shipping costs.

The "Warehouse Pickup" service is available for all products listed in the online store packhaus.gr, provided the purchase has been fully paid and you have received the confirmation message described above.

If you select the "Warehouse Pickup" service and complete the purchase process, you will receive a new message on your mobile phone and email from our online store confirming that "the order with code XXXXXX is in the collection process."

You will be able to pick up the products from PackHaus's warehouse 48 hours after the order is placed, provided you have received the following message:

"Your order is ready for pickup from our warehouse at 44 Andrianou Street, Koropi, 19400."

Hours: 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM, Monday to Friday, excluding national holidays.

Your order will be available for 3 days (excluding national holidays). If the customer does not pick up the order or contact us within this period, the order will be automatically canceled, and the customer will bear the bank charges that may be applied by the respective bank for refunding the money to the customer's account.

You can pick up your order from the warehouse by presenting the code XXXXXX sent to your mobile number or email provided during the purchase process.


Delivery via courier service – Shipping charges apply

For small-sized products or products costing less than €200, either within the Attica region or outside it, delivery is made by the courier company "xxxxx."

Shipping costs vary depending on the volume or weight of the product and the delivery location.

All orders placed through our online store are processed within 24 hours.

Non-working days, national, and local holidays are excluded.

All our packages are sent within Greece in cooperation with the courier company "Tachydema." The average delivery time for Northern Greece and the islands is 2 days, except for remote areas where the package may be delivered up to 4 days after shipment. For the rest of Greece, deliveries are made the day after dispatch.


Delivery Notifications

From the moment you place your order until it is delivered, you can expect the following notifications:

  1. Upon completing your order, you will receive an email confirming the registration of your order with code XXXXXX.
  2. When your order is packed and ready for dispatch from our warehouse, you will receive an email confirming the invoicing of your order, including a draft receipt and the courier company's "Tachydema" tracking number.
  3. A notification from the courier company "Tachydema" regarding the location of your order and the estimated delivery time.
  4. If necessary, an authorized employee of "packhaus.gr" will contact you for any changes or clarifications regarding your order.
  5. In case of a delay or execution of the order for any reason, the company is obliged to inform the customer through the details provided.
  6. In case of a delay in the pickup of the order with the "Warehouse Pickup" option.
  7. In case of incorrect information, the company assumes no responsibility whatsoever.
